week 1 2/2

For my 20 time project I'm going to be showing the process it takes to dunk a basketball, the workouts that will increase your vertical jump, leg strength and balance. some shortcomings that I have are that I cant even dunk yet but I'm really close the ball just pops out of the rim ever time. some things I've accomplished is figuring out what workouts I want to do to make me jump higher. Somethings I want to accomplish by next week is to see a increase in my vertical and to actually see a difference. I just think it would be cool to dunk a basketball and not be that tall. I just have to really work at it even when I don't want to and just remember what the outcome will be and to have all the hard work pay off and to see it happen would be really cool to me.
